View and Manage eReceipts

Preparers can view and manage eReceipts shared with them in the Stanford eReceipts mobile app. Access eReceipts in Oracle from the SU Inquiry Tools & Forms menu or the Resources section of SU Expense Requests and SU PCard modules’ homepages.

View and Manage eReceipts

  1. Go to Oracle Financials
  2. Select Login
  3. Enter SUNet ID and password, if prompted

  • Under the SU Inquiry Tools and Forms menu, select eReceipts

OR

  • Select SU Expense Requests
    • Under Resources, select eReceipts

OR

  • Select SU PCard
    • Under Resources, select eReceipts

  1. Select Pending: Me 
  2. To view an image of a specific receipt, select the link embedded within the file name
  3. Select Detail to view additional information associated with the receipt 
    1. As needed, add or edit Preparer’s Notes
    2. As needed, select Unassign to return an eReceipt to the uploader for reassignment. This removes the eReceipt from your Pending: Me queue.
    3. Select Return to go back to the Pending: Me screen

  1. Select the Processed tab

    eReceipts added to an Expense Request System or PCard transaction will appear in this tab.

  2. To view an image of a specific receipt, select the file name link 
  3. Select Detail to review the additional information associated with the receipt.

    The Expense Requests System transaction number (e.g., ER1234567, PR1234567) or PCard Transaction ID (e.g.., PCard Transaction ID 1234567) appears in the Detail section.

  4. Select Return to navigate to the Processed screen

  1. Select Return to Portal to return to the Oracle homepage
  2. Select Log Out
