Changes to owning organizations will not auto-revoke authority in Authority Manager.

- If authority was granted based on the owning organization or principal owner (within an owning organization), then authority may need to be re-granted in Authority Manager.
- If authority was granted based on project, project task or award, authority will not be affected and no re-granting is necessary.

Changes to PTA Owner attributes occur immediately in Oracle. However, users will not see the changes reflected in all systems immediately because of varied timing of data-refresh schedules.
