The Office of the Treasurer (OOT) within Financial Management Services (FMS) is supporting improvements to how cash and checks are deposited and developing enhancements that are being rolled out across the university. These changes primarily affected CASHNet processes used by the campus community... This project involves identifying and implementing system and/or process solutions for all deposit streams currently relying on the CASHNet system.

Financial Management Services (FMS) and University IT (UIT) have partnered to create a new self-service inquiry tool in Oracle Financials that allows users to look up an organization’s suspense account PTAs. If they are a budget officer, they can also create and send a request to change the suspense... On July 1, Stanford employees will have access to a new self-service inquiry tool that allows all Oracle Financials users to look up their organization’s suspense account PTAs and allows budget officers to request updates to them.

The Organization Code Hierarchy Tool enables effective governance of this structure by defining parent-child organizational relationships and group information...
