Business Track

Merchants can request account access to the Business Track portal by submitting a support request to MS. It will take 2 to 3 business days for MS to create your User ID.

Once your User ID is set up, please follow the steps below to set up your Business Track account:

  1. Select the link that was provided to you via email. This link will take you to a pre-authenticated page where you will complete enrollment.
  2. You will be prompted to put the user ID that was received via email into the User ID field. Next, you'll put the moving red letters in the moving red letters box and select Next.
  3. Now you will be prompted to answer a security question. The questions will either be entering your business checking account number, or entering a PIN if you received a PIN email.
  4. Next you will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions by selecting the checkbox at the bottom of the page.
  5. At this point, you will be asked to update your account information. You will select a new secret question and answer, and will need to review and validate your email address, phone number and ZIP code.
  6. Now a temporary password will be displayed on the screen. Be sure to record this password, as you'll need it for your initial login.
  7. Now enter your user ID and temporary password, then select Sign in. You will be prompted to enter the user ID and temp password 2 times, on 2 different screens.
  8. Now you'll be prompted to change your temporary password and choose your own password.
  9. Your enrollment is now complete and you have successfully logged into the Business Track portal.

Password Expiration

Business Track passwords expire every 60 days. You will be prompted the first time you sign on after 60 days to change your password. You will not be able to access the Business Track portal until you have changed your password.

Disable User ID due to Inactivity

In order to retain your access to the Business Track portal, you must sign on at least once every 120 days. After 120 days without signing on, your access will be automatically disabled by the system and you will need to make a new request for enrollment where you will receive a new user ID. This is to help protect your account information from any unauthorized access.

Forgot User ID or Password

If you’ve forgotten your user ID or password after they’ve been established, go to www.businesstrack.com and select Merchant Login. Then select either the Forgot User ID or Forgot Password link next to the login fields. Your user ID will be emailed to you. You will need to provide the answer to your secret question to have your password reset.
