Follow these instructions to use the J.P. Morgan (JPM) Access website to view long-term deposit history (up to 10 years) and view deposit status and details.
View and Manage Mobile Deposits Using the J.P. Morgan Access Website
Before You Start
To view and manage deposit details using the JPM Access website, the Office of the Treasurer (OOT) must establish you as a J.P. Morgan Access user. Learn about getting set up as a J.P. Morgan Access user.
- Launch jpmorganaccess.com
- Enter your Username and click Continue
- Click I CONFIRM to verify the username that you entered
- Enter your Password and click LOG IN
This is the same Username and Password you use to log in to the JPM Access mobile application.
- Select the Receivables tab from the main menu
- Click OK from the Receivables Notices pop-up window
- Select the Receivables tab
- Select Transaction History
- Refine your search by using various criteria available in the Filter panel
- Select Apply
A successful query returns results in the Transaction History viewing panel. - Tick the Payment/Serial Number checkbox(s)
Tip: The Payment/Serial Number matches the actual check number. - Select View to view payment details for all check-marked transactions in the next Transaction Details screen
- Select the Remittances tab to view Project, Task, Award/Fund, and Expenditure Type/Object Code information.
The Transaction Details screen displays “read-only” transaction information.
