The following provides important dates for Payroll to ensure paychecks are processed on time. The 2025 Payroll Schedule and 2026 Payroll Schedule is also available for download.
When a bank holiday falls between the end of the pay period and payday, payroll must run one day earlier than normal to ensure that direct deposits post on payday. As such, paper forms and Axess Timecard actions must be completed by noon to meet the accelerated schedule. Refer to Resources: Postdoc Fellowship Deadlines.
