Labor distribution adjustment (LDA) originators may view transaction details including status, edit, void or withdraw transactions directly from the Oracle Distribution Adjustments Dashboard. LDA transactions are used to correct payroll earnings posted to an incorrect account or to an Organization Suspense Account (as a result of the account no longer being valid). LDAs require approval based on the PTA charged.

As long as the Status of the LDA is still Pending in the Distribution Adjustments Dashboard, the transaction may be withdrawn to be edited or voided.
