Affected processes

The FMS mailing address change affects several financial processes. When updating internal documentation, departments should link to the FMS guidance pages for these processes rather than including specific FMS addresses or process steps, as the addresses and processes may change over time.

System and legal documentation updates

FMS is also in the process of updating all address references across:

  • Oracle Financials systems: In applicable financial modules and reporting functions
  • Official documents: Government (tax and regulatory), banking, insurance, and legal documents
