Users can search for feeder journals by iJournal number or Feeder ID to identify the feeder originator and related contact information. Feeder owners can also review and update the status of their own feeder journals, as needed.
Search for Feeder Journals - For iJournals Users
Before You Start
If you are a feeder owner, refer to the For Feeder Owners/Business Process Owners tab on this page.
- Go to Oracle Financials
- Select Login
- Enter SUNet ID and password, if prompted
- Select SU iJournals Public
- Select Public Inquiry tab
- Enter and select desired criteria in the Public Feeder Inquiry (posted feeders only) section
Select Search
You can search for feeder iJournals by iJournal number, Period, or Source. Results include only the originator's contact information.
- Select Return to Portal
- Select Logout

Before You Start
- If you are not a feeder owner, refer to the For iJournals Users tab on this page.
- To request a new Feeder ID, use the iJournals New Feeder Request Form.
- Go to Oracle Financials
- Select Login
- Enter SUNet ID and password, if prompted
- Select SU iJournals Specialist or SU iJournals Central
- Select Feeder Inquiry tab
- Enter and select desired criteria
Select Search
Feeders with a status of Validated, Invalid, or Rejected contain a live link. Select the link to take action on the selected feeder. To take action on multiple feeders, refine your Status search to Validated, Invalid, or Rejected.

- Select Logout
