Search for Feeder Journals

You can search by iJournal number or by Feeder ID to determine who the feeder originator is and whom to contact if you have questions about the charges from the feeder.  Feeder owners can search their own feeder journals to verify their statuses and to update them, if needed.  

Search for Feeder Journals - For iJournals Users

Refer to the For Feeder Owners/Business Process Owners  tab on this page if you are a feeder owner.

  1. Enter ofweb.stanford.edu in the browser
  2. Click Login
  3. As prompted, log in using SUNet ID and password

  1. Select SU iJournals Public

  1. Select Public Inquiry tab
  2. Enter and select desired criteria in the Public Feeder Inquiry (posted feeders only) section
  3. Select Search

    You can search for feeder iJournals by iJournal number, Period or Source. Results will only return originator contact information.

  1. Click Return to Portal
  2. Click Logout

Search for Feeder Journals - For Feeder Owners/Business Process Owners

  1. Enter ofweb.stanford.edu in the browser
  2. Click Login
  3. As prompted, log in using SUNet ID and password

  1. Select SU iJournals Specialist or SU iJournals Central

  1. Select Feeder Inquiry tab
  2. Enter and select desired criteria
  3. Select Search

    Feeders with a Status of Validated, Invalid or Rejected contain a live link. Selecting the link will allow you to take action on the selected feeder. If you wish to take action on multiple feeders, refine your Status search to Validated, Invalid or Rejected.

  1. Click Return to Portal
  2. Click Logout
