This page provides instructions for using the Notifications section of the Expense Requests system home page.

The Expense Requests Home page contains a Notifications section that allows the user to display and manage a worklist of Notifications related to the approval or rejection of Expense Requests transactions directly from the home page. Expense Requests transaction types include the following:

  • Expense Reports (ER)
  • Reimbursements to Non-SU Payees (VR)
  • Advance Requests (ADV)
  • Digital Payments (DP)
  • Non-PO Payment Requests (PR)
  • Petty Cash Replenishment Requests (PC)

  1. Enter ofweb.stanford.edu in the browser
  2. Click Login
  3. As prompted, log in using SUNet ID and password
  1. Select SU Expense Requests
  2. Select Expense Requests

The Notifications section is at the bottom of the home page under the Submitted Transactions section. Scroll down to see the Notifications section if necessary.

  1. Select the type of Notifications from the View drop-down menu
    • All Notifications
    • FYI Notifications (for your information notifications) 
    • Notifications from Me
    • Open Notifications
    • To Do Notifications
  2. Select Go
  1. Select the link for the Notification to be opened     
    Open Multiple Notifications at Once 
    1. Select the checkbox beside the Notifications to be opened
    2. 
    Select Open
  2. Review each Notification as needed
  3. Respond to each Notification as needed
  4. To navigate to opened Notification, select Continue and Back
  5. When finished reviewing a selected Notification, select OK to remove the Notification from the Worklist, or select Return to Worklist
