Link Airline Loyalty Accounts to the Stanford Travel Program
Before You Start
Travelers should have their airline loyalty account numbers and profile details on hand before linking accounts.
Ensure the name in the traveler’s loyalty account exactly matches the name in the traveler’s HR record before booking. Learn more in the Topic Overview: Stanford Travel Program.
- Go to Stanford Travel Connect
- Enter your Stanford email (SUNetID@stanford.edu)
The site will not accept alias emails or other domains - Select Continue with Email
Select Join to link each airline loyalty account to the Stanford Travel Program.
Join one time for each participating airline.
Once an account is linked, no further action is needed for that airline. Return to Stanford Travel Connect only to add links when new airlines join or to update account details.
After linking accounts, travelers can book university‑sponsored travel directly on the airline’s website or mobile app, where applicable discounts will appear.
Before booking, travelers must be signed in to the linked loyalty account and choose the airline’s business‑travel booking path for university-sponsored travel. For airline‑specific instructions and program details, learn more on the individual airline page on Stanford Travel Connect.
