Search for an Existing PTA Request

Step-by-step instructions for searching in PTA Manager for an existing PTA request.

Gather as many attributes known for the PTA to narrow search results. See Project, Task and Award Attributes Job Aid.

Please maximize your browser window from this step on as some buttons are located at the right of the screen.

Select Transaction Search from the top-left menu
Enter attributes to search
- Enter as many attributes known for the PTA to narrow search results
The wildcard feature allows you to type "%" in place of characters you are unsure about. This provides you with possible selections.
Select Search

What Happens Next?

You can reassign the PTA request before the transaction is completed. You may review the request but will not be able to edit the transaction if you are not the Initiator or if the transaction has been submitted.
