Negotiated Hotel Rates
- Stanford has negotiated rates with hotels in the five cities most frequented by our business travelers.
- These rates are also available for personal travel.
- Contact Carlson Wagonlit, Summit Travel Group or search Orbitz for Business (formerly called Travelport) to obtain the lowest hotel rates.
- When contacting hotels directly, ask for the Stanford rate. To confirm the rate, the guest must show a University ID Card when checking in.
