SmartMart replaces CWA / iProcurement catalog ordering on August 5, 2009.

Why SmartMart?

SmartMart saves you and the University time and money. SmartMart was implemented to:

  • Provide a single interface to Stanford vendors and catalogs
  • Include robust shopping / browsing features such as category drill downs and product comparisons

>> Support continual growth of product offerings, detailed product information, and up-to-date negotiated pricing

  • Guide user search results to preferred suppliers
  • Make more products available via catalog ordering and/or with electronic invoicing, decreasing the need for RPO or Standard orders

>> Provide the following benefits to end users

  • Increased user satisfaction
  • User-friendly shopping experience while retaining the appropriate controls and approvals
  • Easily retrievable on-line commodity and pricing information for high volume vendors
