Bulletin: ReportMart3 Upgrade Planned for July 2008 (Posted June 10, 2008)
ReportMart3 (RM3) will be upgraded this summer to a new version (from Business Objects BO6.5 to BOXI). While the RM3 interface and its behavior will be different, the functionality will be similar ("what" you can do will not change, but "how" you do it may). In addition, there are some useful new features. We plan to implement the new version of RM3 on July 14, 2008.

Overview of ReportMart3 2008 Upgrade for Existing Users
Existing RM3 users are encouraged to attend one of nine 2-hour overview sessions offered in July. The overview sessions will compare the differences between the current and new version of RM3, as well as demonstrate new features.

To attend, register in STARS from the AXESS portal:
- Click on the Browse Catalog link
- Scroll to Finance & Purchasing and click the link
- Click on the Reporting in Oracle Financials link
- Click on the Overview of ReportMart3 2008 Upgrade (FIN-0322) link
- Select the date and time you want and enroll
Training for New ReportMart3 Users
Hands-on training is available for new ReportMart3 users. Beginning July 29, the FIN-0320: ReportMart3 for Oracle Financials class will instruct new users on how to use the new version of RM3.
To attend, register in STARS from the AXESS portal:

Additional Support
Schools / business units can request special sessions to cover the "general" demo content as well as anything specific to their area. To request a school-specific session you must have at least 20 participants, and you will need to secure a location with internet access and a projector. Please contact Tana Hutchsion (tana@stanford.edu) with your request; we will do our best to accommodate you.
Drop-in practice labs are available every Friday (except holidays) from 9:00 AM until noon, in the IT Services Arguello Computer Labs @ 427 Arguello Way (Encina Modular B). Knowledgeable staff is on hand to answer questions about the Oracle Financial system modules and ReportMart3. No registration is required.
